How much do we charge?

We recognise that every business is unique - and that includes bookkeeping needs.

After your free, no obligation consultation, and an assessment of your bookkeeping requirements, we will be happy to provide a bespoke quotation. This will be a price based on exactly what YOUR bookkeeping needs are - we do not require a monthly retainer.

To assist with your business cashflow and planning, we are happy to provide a quote for whichever suits you best:

  • Hourly rate of work (on or off premises)
  • Monthly fixed fee for an agreed amount of work
  • One-off fixed price for a particular task.

If you wish to include further tasks on a regular or sporadic basis, you have the flexibility to add these on to your package as a 'bolt on', providing we have the capacity to carry these out for you.

As we are not affiliated to any accounting software provider, if you wish us to source desktop/cloud based software for your business we are happy to do so and invoice you at cost, or assist you with setting up your own software. We are happy to work with whatever accounts software you prefer.

We will provide a free service of collection/drop off where needed for local clients (within 15 miles). Outside this area, a small mileage charge may be added to cover expenses.
